At 17:30 on Monday 29th September 2008, Glenbervie House Hotel welcomed the Queens Flight to the Glenbervie Estate with the arrival of Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal who arrived at the Hotel for a Private Dinner and overnight stay.

The Princess, accompanied by her protection officer and Lady in Waiting, Mrs Araminta Ritchie, was welcomed to Glenbervie by Aurora Hotel’s Chief Executive, Steven McLeod. 

The event, involving 19 guests, was in aid of the Princess Royal Trust for Carers.
